The CFCX 1.0 is a networked field controller, capable of handling multiple single or dual axis solar trackers.  It is able to monitor and act on the position of the sun by measuring both the Sun’s Azimuth and Elevation.  In addition to astronomical events, CFCX 1.0 is able to act on meteorological events, such as approaching storms by communicating seamlessly with deployed weather monitors. The Field Controller operates on an RS 485ModBus, allowing it to communicate with Tracker Controllers, while at the same time providing an interface for an inverter.  All of the information collected from these sources is stored and sent to the Valhalla Management Server for further processing.
